Every open tender, closing date and follow-up in one view.
Most M&E subcontractors can't say, off the top of their head, how many tenders are open, which supplier prices are still missing or which submitted quotes need chasing. The tender tracker reads the register you already keep and answers those questions every morning.
A few numbers you can trust, and where each one comes from.
Nothing is typed twice. Each number is worked out from columns already in your tender register.
| Tile | Worked out from | The question it answers |
|---|---|---|
| Tenders closing this week | Closing date, stage | What needs pricing first? |
| Awaiting supplier prices | RFQ sent date, reply received | Which suppliers do we chase today? |
| Open tender value | Tender value, stage (excluding SST) | How much work are we chasing? |
| Follow-ups overdue | Submitted date, follow-up date | Which main contractors do we call? |
| Win rate (count and value) | Won ÷ decided tenders, by period | Which jobs are worth pricing? |
| Register last updated | File timestamp | Can we trust today's numbers? |
Win rate counts only decided tenders, so jobs still waiting on a decision don't drag it down.
Your spreadsheet stays. The manual layer on top goes.
We map your register
Whatever shape it's in: Excel, Google Sheets or a shared drive. We agree the columns that matter.
We build the view
A simple page your team opens in a browser, refreshed from the register. No new software to learn.
We train your team
Set a follow-up date on every quote you send, and the tracker flags the ones that go quiet.

Do we have to replace our Excel register?
No. The tracker reads it. You keep updating the register the way you do now; the tracker does the counting and flagging.
Is it part of BQ drafting?
It's a separate setup. Many firms start with BQ drafting and add the tracker later, or the other way round.
Who can see it?
Only the people you share it with. It runs from your own files and accounts.
How do you work out win rate?
Won tenders divided by decided tenders (won plus lost), by count and by value, for the period you choose. You set the rule for when silence counts as a loss.
