Free BQ test

The free test covers one past tender, run once, after an NDA is signed. There's no charge and no obligation.

Setup fee

BQ drafting is a fixed setup fee of RM 9,800 for one trade (RM 4,900 for founding firms, while places last). The tender tracker is RM 3,500 on its own or RM 2,500 added to a BQ drafting setup. The fee covers the work in your written proposal. We are not currently registered for SST, so no SST is added; if that changes, the proposal will say so before you agree to it.

Payment

50% is due when you approve the proposal. The other 50% is due only when the blind proof runs match your own BQ, as agreed in the proposal. If they don't match and we can't fix the setup, you don't pay the second half.

Your AI subscription

Your Claude or ChatGPT business plan is paid by you directly to Anthropic or OpenAI, under their terms. We don't resell it or add a margin.

Support and further work

30 days of WhatsApp support are included after handover. After that, support is RM 180 per hour, only when you ask for it. The setup doesn't start a subscription or retainer. Work outside the proposal needs a separate written agreement.

Your data

We sign an NDA before you send tender documents. Your drawings, BQs and rates are used only for your setup, never for another firm, and test files are deleted on request. See the privacy notice.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Malaysian law. Quantities drafted by the setup are checked and approved by your estimator before pricing; the final tender price remains your firm's decision.
